Cancellations & missed appointments

We understand that plans can change, but please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

We appreciate your understanding, as late cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from offering the appointment to another customer.

Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) will result in a £20 charge, and are liable to being cancelled.

Dogs must be collected promptly at the agreed time. Late collection will result in a £20 charge.

Matted coats

If your dog’s coat is heavily matted, we will talk to you before we start. A shorter clip is often the kindest option, and extra time may mean an extra charge.
