What we collect

When you book, we keep your name, contact details and information about your dog (such as breed, age, coat, health notes and grooming history) so that we can groom your dog safely and remind you about appointments.

How we use it

We use your information to manage your bookings, contact you about your appointments and keep a record of your dog’s grooms. Online bookings are handled by our booking system provider, Savvy, which stores your booking details on our behalf. If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp.

We never sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.

This website does not use advertising cookies. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.
